Art at Work offers a unique team building experience for your organisation by using art as a dynamic and fun way to encourage team contribution in the workplace. Our innovative approach will unleash collaboration and creativity in your staff and remember anyone can participate!
Sue will design an event for any size group to reflect your organisations values, aspirations and desired outcomes. This may be a team building exercise at your workplace or onsite as part of your annual conference. The Art at Work approach gives your staff or delegates the space to indulge in their creativity, tell their own story and be able to recognise their endeavours in the completed artwork. Your finished work of art will act as a powerful, visual reminder of your team working together. Many of these artworks have found pride of place in company boardrooms and community spaces.
What’s the process?
Sue will meet with your management or HR representative to decide on the broad parameters of the creative experience. This includes the scale and date of the event, the number of staff attending, the installation site for the artwork and its projected delivery date. There are a wide variety of art materials and processes to choose from.
Our team will then design art event options to present to your organisation.
On the day, the Art at Work team will set the scene, guiding your staff through the art-making process. The legacy artwork will be assembled and delivered to your organisation ready to be installed.

“Sue inspired us, equipped us and guided us to a very successful group art effort. It now hangs with pride in our office as a reminder of just what can be achieved when we are in tune and working together to a common goal.”
Vikki Lee, Goode PR
“I have known Sue for approximately 10 years. She has a genuine passion for teaching art, providing participants both young and old with amazing opportunities to explore their creative side. On top of that, Sue is a generous giver of her talent, time and energy. With that in mind I recently hired Sue to open our Children’s Services conference. I gave Sue a rather broad outline of the scope of the project and she made it happen within a resource rich, fun environment. She even gave those a little hesitant the confidence and individual attention to just be creative. In a nutshell, the outcome was impressive, I would most certainly hire Sue again if the opportunity presented.”
